A Lifetime of Wellness for the Pets You Love

Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment.  Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable.  Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available.  A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a couple of hours. Usually we will ask you to 'drop off' sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients.  Once the doctor is done, they will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.

Walk-ins will be seen, but understandably scheduled appointments will have priority.  We schedule appointments for a least 30 minutes in order to have sufficient time to address your concerns.  We want you to understand all aspects of your pet's health care and will take the necessary time to accomplish this.

We can most often provide you with an appointment within 24 hours of the time you call or sooner if the matter is urgent.  Please call us at: 732-269-3600 to schedule and appointment.  If you reach us after business hours please leave us a message with your name and phone number and we will return your call.

Payment Policy

Our fees are based on the financial requirements of maintaining a professional team, modern facilities, technical equipment and supplies.  Our goal is to provide your pet the highest quality of care so that he or she may continue to be a healthy and happy member of your family.

We require full payment at the time services are rendered.  For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash and Personal Checks.

We also accept Care Credit, which is a third party billing service which will pay your pet's bill and then allow you to pay off the balance over time.  This service allows no interest payment if the balance is paid within 6 months.  Click on the below link to get more information or to apply for a card.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the safety of all animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our patients feel comfortable during visits, they may be a little uneasy about new people, new surroundings and other pets. For your protection and that of others, please be sure your dog is on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats should be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
